The four principles are Performance, People, Potential and Peak.
Performance focuses on building founder productivity, influence and consistent focus using pragmatic high performance habits. The founder will become more self aware and make decisions with greater confidence and in alignment with a clear purpose.
People focuses on understanding the current culture and what kind of culture is required to effectively grow the business to its next stage and how the team can keep in creating that. This part can be done either side by side with Jess and her team or with Jess as the "ghostwriter" and the founder leading the workshops.
Potential focuses on aligning people to performance in a pragmatic way from the ground up. The founder will learn how to do this and how to keep building in this clarity as the business grows. Using the accompanying business asset the founder will have an eagle view of progress and clarity on what drives both success and failure.
Peak focuses on guiding the founder through each of the steps necessary to prepare for and lead a scale up. It is done in a unique way that involves both the founder and the team in real time and with Jess and her team as comrades on the journey.
The whole program is a playbook for building in growth into a start up. The founder will learn, build and have a playbook that can be used over and over again.

The principles of People and Potential can be done with Jess's team as the ghostwriters in the background leading the founder through each step. The program has been written in such a way that it simplistic and includes only what is needed for a start up in growth mode.
We are only interested in solving current problems or preparing for a growth period that is imminent. We use the Scale Up Readiness scorecard as a tool to ascertain what area(s) are most key to focus on. We work in partnership with the founder and/or investor.
